Julia has been a chemical dependency counselor since 1988. In her first job, she worked with addicted felons for ten years, which proved fortuitous because it gave her experience working with people with a wide variety of clinical problems and backgrounds. Julia has over 30 yers of experience in the chemical dependency field and the last 18 years have included a large proportion of family law cases.
Julia is the administrator at EHC. She does the family-law substance abuse assessments and sees the adolescents. Julia also works as a Guardian ad Litem in King County high-conflict custody litigation cases, which is discussed in more detail here.

Andrea is too busy to take clients right now, although Julia persists in hoping that will change.
Andrea began her work as a chemical dependency counselor in 1990 after completing the Addiction Studies program at Seattle University. She has a BA in Holistic Psychology and an MA in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University. She draws from person-centered and mindfulness-based cognitive therapies to support clients in achieving well-being and the quality of life they desire.
Andrea holds the chemical dependency credential (CDP) as well as a Certified Counselor credential. She is also specially trained and experienced in working with family members of people who suffer from addictions. Andrea is excellent at networking and she’s the one to talk to if you need a referral to another service provider.
